Seasonal cooking with local Riverford organic veg boxes

We are all doing our part to ensure the world moves immediately into a more sustainable direction when it comes to food consumption & one of these key steps is eating less meat, the other is shopping locally, from local farms, producers & growers of fruits & veg. At beige, we’ve operated with this mindset for many years now but, since our move from Berlin to London, we’ve been reconnecting with the local produce & abundance of amazing flavours, tastes & new ideas.

Helping us along the way is Riverford Organic Farmers who offer a wide selection of organic, local & seasonal produce boxes including sustainable meat boxes. The boxes come to your door weekly or fortnightly & are offered in three sizes which is easy to change up depending on the number of mouths you need to feed. Changing weekly based on what is available, you have access to a huge range of local produce all packaged in recyclable materials & in boxes that are reused each delivery. Recently we’ve been working with romanesco, cabbage & a medley of pumpkins.
